Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls professionally & efficiently
- Address inquiries, resolve complaints and offer solutions
- Promote company products and services when applicable
- Meet daily/weekly performance targets
Must Have Qualifications:
- Minimum of University degree/diploma
- At least 1 year work experience as a receptionist, preferably in a financial institution
- Experience in record keeping/data entry
