  • Address inquiries, resolve complaints and offer solutions

  • Meet daily/weekly performance targets

Must Have Qualifications:

  • Minimum of University degree/diploma
  • At least 1 year work experience as a receptionist, preferably in a financial institution
  • Experience in record keeping/data entry
