Technical Sales Executive

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a results-driven Technical Sales Executive to drive on-ground customer acquisition for NenaSasa, an Al- powered communications platform. The role involves engaging businesses, identifying their communication challenges, and positioning tailored solutions to convert leads into paying customers.
  • The ideal candidate has strong technical sales experience, particularly in software/SaaS and B2B environments, and can confidently translate technical solutions into business value.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prospect and engage businesses through field visit
  • Identify customer communication challenges and present solutions
  • Pitch and demonstrate NenaSasa (SMS, voice, WhatsApp, Al automation)
  • Generate leads and book product demos
  • Maintain pipeline and update leads in CRM (Odoo)
  • Provide daily activity updates and market feedback

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Diploma in Sales, Marketing, IT, Business, or a related field (Degree is an added advantage)
  • 2+ years experience in B2B sales (SaaS, telecom, fintech preferred)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
