Sales Management Trainees (SMT)

What you'll be doing:

  • Driving sales of general insurance products
  • Building strong client relationships and offering tailored insurance solutions
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in untapped markets
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets with full mentorship support

What we're looking for:

  • Degree in Actuarial Science from a recognised Kenyan university (graduated within the last 5 years)
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High energy, self-driven, and eager to learn
