Marketing Officer
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting healthcare services, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and supporting strategic growth through innovative marketing and community engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing and business development plans aligned with the hospital's strategic objectives.
- Promote the hospital's clinical services, specialized programs, and health packages to target markets.
- Coordinate digital marketing activities, including website updates, social media, email campaigns, and online advertising.
- Organize and participate in health awareness campaigns, medical camps, exhibitions, and community outreach programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate organizations, insurance providers, referring physicians, NGOs, and government agencies.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to increase patient referrals and revenue.
- Conduct market research to identify healthcare trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Develop promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, newsletters, and presentations.
- Coordinate media relations and support public relations initiatives to enhance the hospital's reputation.
- Monitor marketing campaign performance and prepare reports on key marketing metrics.
- Support customer service initiatives by collecting and analyzing patient feedback to improve service delivery.
- Assist in organizing hospital events, conferences, and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with healthcare advertising regulations and ethical standards.
- Manage the marketing budget efficiently and monitor return on investment (ROI) for campaigns.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Professional certification in Marketing or Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.
- At least 2–3 years' experience in marketing, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Experience in digital marketing, branding, and business development is highly desirable.
