Manager, Data, Insights & Analytics, ECAF

What You’ll Do for Us 

  • Leadership & Strategy 
  • Lead the endtoend Business Performance Reporting, ensuring timely, accurate, and strategically aligned outputs for senior leadership. 
  • Drive transformation of reporting processes, introducing automation, new analytics approaches, and innovations that elevate organizational insights. 
  • Serve as the primary insights partner to crossfunctional leaders by providing straNigtegic recommendations rooted in data and market intelligence. 
  • Performance Reporting 
  • Own the Monthly Rolling Estimate (MRE) process, ensuring alignment with local market stakeholders and delivering clear insights on performance drivers. 
  • Lead monthly Franchise Performance Reviews, consolidating volume trends, forecasts, market share metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs). 
  • Market & Sales Insights 
  • Oversee delivery of Nielsen reporting, including weekly summaries, Pricing Scorecards, Top/Declining Trademarks reports, and regional insights. 
  • Ensure reporting accuracy and robustness for data that informs business decisions, marketing strategy, and commercial execution. 
  • Advanced Reporting & Analytics: Produce strategic Quarterly Business Reports, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities that guide leadership decisions. 
  • Lead the Annual Industry Estimates process, ensuring alignment and synthesizing insights into a unified “Total ECAF” business story. 
  • Knowledge & Performance Assets: Manage updates to the ECAF Factbook, ensuring comprehensive and uptodate representation of market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and performance indicators. 
  • Business Planning Support: Support annual and longrange business planning by providing robust datasets, scorecards, and analytical insight across channels, categories, and business units. 
  • Vendor & Data Ecosystem Management: Oversee relationships with key data partners including Nielsen, Numerator, and Beach, ensuring data quality, process reliability, database improvements, and capabilitybuilding across internal teams. 
  • Innovation & Continuous Improvement:  Identify and recommend enhancements to systems, data workflows, platforms, and reporting tools to improve speed, accuracy, and user experience. 
  • Project Leadership:  Lead and/or support crossfunctional special projects requiring deep analytics or insight generation. 

Qualifications and Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field (relevant work experience may substitute for formal education). 
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business performance reporting, or insights roles — including 2+ years of direct experience with Nielsen data. 
  • Experience in the beverage or FMCG industry is a strong advantage. 
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex datasets and translate insights into compelling storytelling that influences leadership decisions. 
  • Strong command of analytical tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization and data platforms. 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams and influence without authority. 
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
