Senior Manager, Education

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The role leads the development and execution of the Education Institutions MSME sector strategy, ensuring alignment with overall retail and MSME business objectives.
  • It identifies market opportunities through continuous monitoring of sector trends and drives initiatives that enhance growth and competitiveness.
  • The role oversees the Education Institutions MSME team, ensuring effective resourcing, capability building, and collaboration across Branch and Digital channels.
  • It partners with product and innovation teams to design sector-specific financial solutions, including tailored lending and payment tools.
  • The role ensures full compliance with regulatory, operational, and risk management requirements within the Education Institutions MSME portfolio.
  • It monitors financial performance, customer satisfaction, and retention metrics to sustain growth and strengthen the Education Institutions MSME value proposition

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement the Education Institutions MSME sector strategy.
  • Monitor sector trends and identify business development opportunities.
  • Ensure appropriate resourcing and development of Education Institutions MSME teams.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration with Branches and Digital.
  • Coach and build a capable, motivated team with sector knowledge.
  • Collaborate on MSME Education Institutions products and solutions development, including sector-specific lending and payments tools.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance, operational, and risk management requirements specific to Education Institutions MSME.
  • Shape the Education Institutions MSME customer value proposition and retention strategies.
  • Improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Set, monitor and report on Education Institutions MSME financial targets.
