Assistant Manager - Systems Analyst

Key Roles

  • Translate business requirements into technical system specifications.
  • Manage core banking system enhancements, upgrades, and software releases.
  • Provide advanced technical support and resolve complex data Integrity issues.
  • Oversee IT support officers to ensure optimal system stability and uptime.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years experience as a system analyst.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL database, relational databases management, reporting tools and familiarity with core banking platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience in team leadership and IT vendor management.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
