Admission Partners
Core Purpose
To support RVIBS student mobilization and enrolment by ethically creating awareness, identifying qualified learners, and guiding them through admission until fees are paid. You’re the bridge between RVIBS and prospective students in your community.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing & Awareness
– Create awareness of RVIBS courses through door-to-door, schools, youth groups, churches, social media, and local events.
– Distribute approved RVIBS flyers, banners, and digital content. No misleading claims.
– Organize mini info sessions/Career talks in schools, churches, boda stages, etc.
2. Lead Generation & Qualification
– Identify prospective learners: KCSE leavers, dropouts, certificate/diploma seekers, working adults for part-time courses.
– Pre-qualify leads: Confirm they meet basic KCSE grade + age requirements for chosen course.
– Collect accurate data: Full names, phone number, KCSE index, course of interest.
3. Admission Support
– Submit qualified leads to RVIBS admissions team via WhatsApp/Google form/CRM.
– Follow up with leads until application form is filled + fees paid.
– Escort serious students to RVIBS Nakuru campus if needed for placement test/interview.
– Update RVIBS weekly on status of your leads: Interested, Applied, Dropped.
