General Trade Representative 

Key Responsibilities

  • Open and grow new trade accounts
  • Drive sales and repeat orders within existing accounts
  • Conduct regular field visits and generate customer orders
  • Promote professional lash products and accessories
  • Ensure product visibility, availability and merchandising at outlets
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity
  • Follow up on customer payments and collections
  • Submit accurate sales and customer reports

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce or a related field
  • At least 2 years’ experience in General Trade, FMCG, Beauty, Cosmetics or Retail Sales
  • Experience selling to salons, beauty outlets, retailers, wholesalers or distributors
  • Strong prospecting, negotiation and closing skills
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Good understanding of the Nairobi beauty/general trade market is an added advantage
  • Comfortable working extensively in the field
