Executive – Credit Controller
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
- Reconcile customer accounts, resolve payment disputes, and process receivable claims.
- Prepare customer statements, aging reports, and collection performance reports.
- Monitor customer creditworthiness and support effective credit risk management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company credit policies and ethical business practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA Part II (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Credit Control, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
