Media Buyer
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Pion, execute and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms (Meta Google. Tiktok etc.)
- Manage dolly od spend and ensure efficient budget allocation to meet revenue torgets
- Continuously analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROAS, CPA, and conversions
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and copy to improve performance
- Colaborate closely with the creative and marketing teams to develop high-performing ad content
- Track and report on campaign performance with clear insights and actionable recommendations
- Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and new advertising opportunities
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2-4+ years of hands-on experience in poid media buying (agency or in-house)
- Proven track record of managing and scaling profitable compaigns
- Strong understanding of Meto Ads Manager and Google Ads (Tiktok Ads is a plus)
- Experience managing monthly od budgets (state range if needed, eg KS 500+)
- Solid analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make decisions quickly
- Familiarity with tracking tools (Pixel setup, G4, conversion tracking)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Experience in e-commerce or retail brands (especially fast-moving products)
- Ability to brief and guide creatives based on performance doo
- Understanding of customer journey, funnels and conversion optimization
- Basic knowledge of copywriting for ods
- Experience with reporting tools and dashboards
