A growing bakery based in Katani CBD is seeking to recruit a qualified, skilled, and reliable Baker to join our team.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
•    Prepare and bake bread, cakes, pastries, and other bakery products
•    Carry out cake finishing, piping, icing, and basic cake decoration
•    Follow recipes and measurements accurately to maintain product quality standards
•    Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards within the bakery
•    Ensure proper handling and storage of baking ingredients and finished products
•    Support development of new bakery products where required


Minimum Requirements
•    Previous experience as a baker in a bakery or food production environment
•    Ability to prepare a variety of bakery products
•    Basic cake decoration and finishing skills
•    Good communication and teamwork skills
•    Good time management skills and attention to detail
•    Ability to work scheduled shifts, including early morning shifts where required
•    Ability to work with minimal supervision


Terms of Employment
•    Gross Salary: KES 20,000 – KES 30,000 per month, based on qualifications, skills, and experience
