IT Services & Infrastructure Officer
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Ensure stable power and network across sites; manage ISPs and monitor uptime
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Support warehouse systems (WMS, scanners, printers) and resolve issues fast
Experience
- Set up and maintain office devices; manage device lifecycle
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, or support roles
- Experience with multi-site IT environments
- Maintain CCTV systems and support surveillance reviews
- Warehouse or operational environment support is highly preferred
- Manage user access, enforce security policies, prevent misuse
- Provide daily IT support and resolve tickets within SLA
CORE SKILLS
- Supervise IT support staff; train users and create SOPs
- Hands-on troubleshooting (network and hardware)
- Experience with routers, switches, and firewalls
- Coordinate vendors, monitor service quality, support cost control
- Familiarity with power backup systems (UPS, generators)
- Experience with CCTV systems
- Basic knowledge of IT security and access control Strong execution ability, problem-solving skills, and ability to supervise a small team
