About the Role

Reporting to the Group Director, Business Excellence, the Head of Technology Reliability oversees enterprise-wide operational service delivery, including Incident Management, Change Management, Service Desk, Monitoring, and 1st-Level Support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enterprise Service Operations Ownership
  • Incident Management Leadership
  • Release & Change Management Governance
  • Service Desk & 1st-Level Support Oversight
  • In charge of Monitoring & Service Availability
  • Lead Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity
  • Service Performance & Reporting
  • Service Transition Governance from Build to Run
  • Align Service Operations with Enterprise Risk Management
  • Mentor and develop a high-performance team

Who We’re Looking For

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in ICT or relevant degree
  • Relevant Certifications in Digital Transformation, Technology Leadership, Project Management and Service Operations
  • 10 – 12 years’ experience at a leadership level
