The Refugee Consortium of Kenya (RCK) is a charitable organization registered under the Public Benefit Orginazation Regulatory (formerly NGOs Coordination Board). Following the publication of Legal Notice No 78 of 2024 by the Cabinet Secretary for Interior and National Administration established in 1998: registered in 2000 to respond to an increasingly complex and deteriorating refugee situation in Kenya, the Great Lakes, and the Horn of African Region.
