Technology Performance Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the Group Technology Strategic Planning and Consolidation Processes; overall liaison of
    template dissemination, engagement meetings, collation and presentation.

  • Cascade of approved Technology plan and monthly reviews against plan.

  • Assist with input to prepare Performance and Strategy papers to respective governance bodies.

  • Provide management of the overall technology strategy execution, working in conjunction with
    responsible unit leaders and the subsidiaries.

  • Support goal setting and own accepting any revisions or changes to the goals or the plans that
    support achieving the goals.

  • Support strategic initiatives validation, sizing and tracking at unit and subsidiary level.

  • Provide support on an on-going basis, the performance management of work stream sponsors,
    leads and initiative owners on the successful execution of the technology strategy.

 

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Track and measure KPI’s and monthly, quarterly, yearly achievement against agreed KPI’s.
  • Regularly engage with the technology units to review operational performance and system stability for all systems in use.
  • Preparing of performance management packs for business directors, units heads 
  • Providing performance commentary and insights, risks and opportunities to budgets to set targets
  • Interpreting data for the purpose of determining the root causes of past performance, costing and operational performance to inform recommendations and decision making
