Minimum requirements
- Education: Master or equivalent (Advanced University Degree) in Supply/Purchasing,Logistics, Business Administration, Management, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Contract/Commercial Law, International Development, Health, Social Sciences and any other related fields.

- Work Experience: At least 8 years of relevant work experience in Supply Management/Contracting/Logistics, Administration, Procurement, Contracting, Emergency and any other related fields.

- Skills: Analysis, Coordination, Critical Thinking, Risk Assessment, Supply Planning, Technical Support are required.

- Language Requirements: Fluency in English is required.
Desirables
- Language: Knowledge of French is considered as an asset.
- Experience in Strategic, Monitoring, Capacity Building, Government Advisory Support, Evaluation are considered as an asset.
- Relevant experience at country level, particularly in development, fragile settings and humanitarian contexts.
