Senior Manager- Fulfilment Center

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategic Operations Management: Develop and implement fulfilment strategies to achieve operational targets and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Warehouse and Logistics Coordination: Work with the Warehouse and Logistics Leaders to streamline processes and ensure efficient fulfilment operations.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee order processing, inventory accuracy, picking, packing, dispatch, transportation, and delivery coordination.
  • Performance Management: Establish and monitor KPIs, service-level agreements, productivity targets, and operational standards.
  • Cost Optimization: Drive initiatives to reduce operational costs, minimize wastage, and improve productivity.
  • Process Improvement: Identify operational gaps and implement automation and best practices.
  • People Management: Provide strategic direction to operational leaders and develop a high-performing team.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Customer Service, Marketplace, Finance, and other departments to resolve operational challenges.
  • Reporting and Decision-Making: Analyze operational data and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Capacity Planning: Ensure operations can accommodate growth and peak-season demand while maintaining service quality.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of overall experience in fulfilment operations, preferably within e-commerce, retail distribution, courier services, or high-volume environments.
  • At least 5 years of management experience overseeing large-scale operations and managing operational managers or departmental leaders. Experience overseeing or coordinating both warehouse and logistics operations.
  • Proven track record in high-volume order fulfilment, operational KPIs, cost optimization, inventory control, and service-level performance.
  • Strong experience in strategic planning, process improvement, and operational transformation.
  • Experience managing large teams, operational budgets, and multiple functions.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
