  • Handle inquiries, resolve issues and support service delivery
  • Maintain records and ensure compliance

Must Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Business, Finance or related field.
  • Customer-facing experience in banking or finance.
  • Experience in sales, client relations.
