Project Field Coordinator
The Project Field Coordinator will serve as the operational link between the Project Director and local stakeholders in Meru (e.g. the farmers).
- Assist the Project Director in preparing field schedules and coordinating site access and basic logistical arrangements.
- Communicate with farmers, community representatives, project partners and other stakeholders regarding planned field activities.
- Maintain simple records of field activities, materials, attendance, challenges and agreed action points.
- Monitor routine field-level issues and promptly report significant concerns to the Project Director.
- Provide brief verbal and written updates on field activities and progress.
- Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) or equivalent.
- Basic experience working with people, communities or field-based activities.
- Ability to maintain simple records and prepare brief activity updates.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills. Reliable, organised and able to follow instructions.
- Must reside in Meru and be available to undertake project activities without requiring travel or accommodation arrangements.
Interviews will be done on a rolling basis.
