IT Services & Infrastructure Officer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Ensure stable power and network across sites; manage ISPs and monitor uptime
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Support warehouse systems (WMS, scanners, printers) and resolve issues fast

Experience

  • Set up and maintain office devices; manage device lifecycle
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, or support roles
  • Experience with multi-site IT environments
  • Maintain CCTV systems and support surveillance reviews
  • Warehouse or operational environment support is highly preferred
  •  Manage user access, enforce security policies, prevent misuse
  • Provide daily IT support and resolve tickets within SLA

CORE SKILLS

  • Supervise IT support staff; train users and create SOPs
  • Hands-on troubleshooting (network and hardware)
  • Experience with routers, switches, and firewalls
  • Coordinate vendors, monitor service quality, support cost control
  • Familiarity with power backup systems (UPS, generators)
  • Experience with CCTV systems
  • Basic knowledge of IT security and access control Strong execution ability, problem-solving skills, and ability to supervise a small team
