HR Officer – Talent Acquisition
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Talent Search using a diverse mix of approved sourcing Channels.
- Talent identification
- Talent contracting and documentation
- Talent onboarding
- Offer advisory to the Bank on Talent Management improvement areas based on Data Driven Metrics.
Minimum Requirements;
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Excellent Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other Data Analytics tools.
