Graphic Designer
Primary duties
- Assist in the creation of various design materials, including but not limited to:
- Print materials (brochures, flyers, posters, reports, etc.)
- Digital assets (websites, social media graphics, templates, etc.)
- Presentation materials (PowerPoint slides, infographics, etc.)
- Collaborate with the design team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts
- Use design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) to produce high-quality design work
- Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines and are consistent with the company's visual identity
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and industry best practices
- Participate in design reviews, team meetings and provide constructive feedback to the team
- Assist in managing design projects, ensuring timely delivery and meeting deadlines
- Take in constructive criticism and produce quality work.
Educational and Professional Qualifications
- A degree in graphic design or a related field
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of design principles and typography
- Working knowledge of photography, video production, animation, motion graphics, and podcast production
- Basic understanding of AI tools and their applications in design
- Photography and videography production skills
- Leverage AI tools to increase efficiency and creativity in the design process
Minimum Experience Required
- At least 2 years of experience in a design environment
