Are you a dynamic leader in financial services with a strong background in Check Off lending? Mwananchi Credit Limited is seeking a Check Off Team Leader in Nairobi to drive loan portfolio growth, generate quality business, and mentor a high-performing sales team.s.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of at least 10 active sales representatives/marketers
  • Deliver monthly loan acquisition targets and expand the Nairobi Check Off loan portfolio
  • Oversee staff performance through structured field activations and corporate client engagement
  • Ensure compliance with lending processes, documentation standards, and client satisfactions
  • Build strong relationships with organizations for smooth payroll deduction processes
  • Champion Mwananchi’s values of integrity, accountability, and service excellence

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Check Off loans, payroll lending, or microfinance servicesd
  • Strong track record in portfolio growth, lead conversion, and client retention
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and reporting skills
  • A results-driven leader with a reputation for professionalism and trustworthiness
