Business Developer 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships with maternity, baby, and toy brands in the Kenyan market.
  • Identify, onboard, and nurture high-potential sellers to grow the category.
  • Design and execute growth strategies to improve seller performance and drive sales.
  • Provide continuous training, guidance, and operational support to sellers.
  • Manage the full seller lifecycle from acquisition and onboarding to growth and retention.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for category expansion.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in the maternity & baby industry, e-commerce, or retail.
  • Strong understanding of the Kenyan market and consumer behavior.
  • Experience in business development, operations is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
